MARCY HAYMAKER

Marcy is a Managing Director at Ocean Lane Partners. Marcy has over 12 years of banking and investing experience which allows her to bring a principal’s perspective to investment and advisory transactions.
Marcy serves as a Partner at Northern Pacific Group, a technology and services focused private equity firm. She serves as a Director of Perception Capital, a SPAC sponsor focused on sustainability oriented disruptive technologies. Prior to joining in the creation of Northern Pacific Group and Perception Capital, Marcy was an Associate at The Gores Group, an operations focused private equity firm. Marcy began her career as an Analyst at US Bancorp, headquartered in Minneapolis.
Marcy earned a B.S. in Finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
